I’m Frustrated

"pre confirmation errors" Can anyone help?


We've been trying to book several train trips this evening, and each time we can get the booking as far as the payment. Every time we click "submit" on the payment, we get an error (pre confirmation error) after some time, and it returns us to the payment page.

We have had no errors whilst selecting our trains or filling in passenger details.

Can anyone help?

    Hi Mark,

    We're sorry if you're still experiencing difficulty completing your order. We are not able to corroborate any prevailing issues on our site like the one you describe. I would recommend deleting the cookies from your internet browser and then attempting your search again. If you are still not able to submit your order, then you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.
