Can we take 2 bikes (not boxed) from Seville to Jerez?

I am wanting to travel with my husband and two bikes from Seville to Jerez on the 1st June 2017 will this be possible?

    Hi Carol,

In Spain, fully assembled bicycles are only allowed on board MD (Media Distancia) and other regional trains. Conveniently, the vast majority of trains from Seville to Jerez are MD trains. There may be a limit of 2 bikes per train, so it always best to check locally. Also, the cost to take an assembled bike on board these trains is €3.

Some trains from Seville to Jerez are Alvia trains on which fully assembled bikes would not be allowed.

Currently, only tickets for the Alvia trains from Seville to Jerez are able to booked through our website. To purchase tickets for one of the MD trains on this route, you can call us. We can be reached at 1-800-622-8600. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.
