"Please select an available shipping and handling method for your booking." comes up but I have already done that

I have tried several times to place my reservation but I get the same result. I have entered the departure date from my residence (25 days away) and entered my shipping address but no selection comes up.

    Hi Gavin,

    The error you describe sounds like one that occurs when the 'Multi-City' option has been used to book tickets or reservations. If that is the case, I would recommend doing separate searches for each individual trip. If you are still not able to proceed, then I would recommend that you call us at 1-800-622-8600 for assistance. Otherwise, you can send an email to customercare@raileurope.com laying out each of the specific routes and dates you are trying to search.
