a disaster

as the e mail adress on your internet site is not recognize, here is a copy of the e-mail I tried to send you
following the conversation I had with Ricky and as you can't garanty that my booking will be honored in the conditions your internet site indicated (not sure to have my train, and not sure to have the prices I booked), I inform you that
I want this order canceled without charge.
As you didn't send me any ticket, you didn't proceed or deliver any ticket and you didn't deducted any payment and didn't activate my insurance, I don't allow you to deduct any fees.

Me (19/06/2019 à 16:19:41): ok, what I need is to know why I don't have a final booking, as it's normally occur when you book something. Could you explain me why I can't have a confirmation of my booking now. What will I do if in 5 to 7 business day, you'll tell me that I don't have my ticket ?

Ricky can you please tell me why I don't have any confirmation of my booking, and what will happen if the SNCF decide to not give me the ticket I booked. What is the risk for me to not be able to go back to Paris to catch my plane ? if your company tell me in 7 working day that my booking cannot be maintained, do your company have any obligation to realise the prestation ?

Me (19/06/2019 à 16:36:08): you know that the closest we are from the date, the more expensive are the prices and the highest are the risks to not be able to find a place. I just want to understand why I don't have any confirmation and what are the risk for me
