I’m frustrated

ability to change a booking error if you are contacted immediately

You should consider being more customer focused. Most sites will fix consumer errors if notified immediately by the customer. I made a mistake on a date recently and was told by you that I simply had to buy another ticket and loose money.

A simple date change should be permitted. The fact that the first month that appears on the site wasn't this month but next didn't help. You have managed to make a very disgruntled customer and that's not a good way to get repeat business or recommend to others

    Hi Clive,

We're sorry to hear of your experience. I would be happy to assist you; however, we do not have a record of your name in our system. Please note, this messageboard is for the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes that services the North American market. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would have to book through an affiliated agent in their own country or region. If you are from Australia, for instance, you would have likely booked through a separate agent there. The website you likely booked from is www.raileurope.com.au. I would recommend contacting them with your concerns, if that is where you booked your tickets from.
