Attempted booking appeared successful but no confirmation #. AMEX no charge appears yet. Would like to rebook, do not want to double book

Attempted to book a reservation, appeared successful as far as submitting payment etc.on December 26. However did not receive a confirmation # and as of today, December 28 nothing has billed on our AMEX account. I would like to attempt to rebook however am somewhat hesitant on the chance that the initial reservation is valid. Is there anyway to verify that there is not an existing reservation?

    I'm sorry, however, we are not able to answer questions regarding specific orders through this forum. If you need to check on a specific order you placed, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please be sure to include any booking number you might've received, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday.
