I recently booked tickets for 4 persons - Dijon to Paris. Today, I downloaded your phone app and cannot log in. It won't even recognize my email address as valid! Now I find that I cannot log out of your website on my computer. Please advise.

    I am not sure why you are not able to log into the phone app. It could be that you are already logged in on your computer which is preventing you from logging into the website on your phone app. I do not know why it would prevent you from logging out on your computer.

    I would recommend clearing your cookies and history, closing out of the website and going back in to see if that helps.
