I’m frustrated

Be wary of paper tickets.

If you have one and leave it in the US you must buy it again, and it may not be available.

Amazing ... RAILEUROPE sell refundable tickets but then makes it so bloody impossible to get a refund ... all that happens is that they get more money for absolutely nothing !!!

      Hi Carl.

We're sorry if you've had any difficulty receiving a refund. I'm not sure what would've posed a problem, as refundable are tickets are refundable.

If the tickets you purchased were issued electronically as either print-at-home or print-at-station tickets, you would just request a refund by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

If the tickets you purchased were issued as physical documents that were shipped to you, you would just request a refund by sending those documents via traceable mail to the following address:

      Rail Europe
      Attn: Customer Relations Dept.
      9450 W. Bryn Mawr
      Columbia Centre II, 4th Floor
      Rosemont, IL 60018

If you have questions or concerns relating to your specific order, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com. I'm sorry, as we are not able to assist with specific orders through this medium.
