When to buy if coming from overseas - Is it best to purchase domestic Belgium tickets and tickets from Belgium to Paris in advance?

We are coming from outside Europe to Belgium in mid-June and early July. We want to travel from Brussels to Antwerp and back, to Bruge and back before heading off to Paris.

Is it best to purchase domestic Belgium Train travel tickets and / or Reservations in advance?

If so how from overseas? SNCB is blocking purchases in June, and they mention having Validation postal mailed to you.

    Hi,

We are the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for the North American market. It is recommended that tickets be purchased in advance, prior to departing for Europe. Trains in this part of Europe can be booked once within 90 days of an intended date of departure. Trains between Belgium and Paris (high-speed 'Thalys' trains), for instance, can sell out quickly, so it would be recommended that tickets (or passholder reservations) be purchased as soon as possible. To purchase tickets and check schedules, you would click on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.
