I’m frustrated

Booking cannot be completed! worse service ever!

i have a made a booking and paid for it, then got a message that it cannot be completed unless i call them for verifications, i have done that, no one answers, requested a call back no one actually calls back, and sent many emails that are answered by automatic reply of calling back. the itinerary shows in my list but can't be accessed, I can't cancel it, and no one is willing to cancel it, plus the money is taken from my account, what to do in such a case?

    I'm very sorry you've been having difficulty placing your order. However, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this forum. If you need to check on a specific order you placed, you would have to call or email us. We can be reached at 1-800-622-8600. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

    Otherwise, the email is customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, be sure to include any booking number you might have received, as well as your full first and last name. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours to receive a reply if you email.
