Is it possible that a booking was done if there was no confirmation emailed to me?

Is it possible that a booking was done when there's no booking confirmation sent to the email address? I also looked for it in the spam folder and it wasn't there. For the six bookings done on this website, it's the only one missing.

    Hi Zarah,

    An email should have been sent to you when the order was processed.

    To verify if your order went through, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.
