Booking made, not confirmation e-mail received!

I have made a booking for a train ride to travel from Milan to Rome on April 1st. It has been 11 days since I paid for the booking, but so for I have not received my confirmation email or ticket on my email. I have triad the "re-send confirmation" function on the website, but this is the message I receive: "The confirmation mail could not be resent as the requested booking is awaiting review. Please try again later." Very soon I'll be outside the country and I'm not sure I'll have internet access to keep "re-checking later".
