    Hi Donna,

There is currently an error involving the connection to the UK ticketing system, which is preventing schedules for some routes from being able to be viewed on our website. As a result, some of the trains you'd taking are not displaying. I believe this has been going on since yesterday, so we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

Your options would be to purchase regular tickets or the BritRail Pass.

You would check ticket costs and purchase tickets by searching a route under 'Find Train Tickets' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.

Otherwise, you would access the BritRail Pass here: https://www.raileurope.com/rail-tickets-passes/britrail-pass/index.html.
