Can I find my booking online with booking number?

I have called and made a reservation. How long does it take to receive the email confirmation and can I check my booking online? I was given a confirmation number.

    Hi Nancy,

    It would only be possible to view a past order if you submitted it online using an account you created.

    If you submitted your order through our website under an account you created, you would access it by clicking on 'My Account' near the upper right corner of your screen after logging in. On the next screen, you would scroll down slightly to where it says 'My Itineraries' and choose an option from the drop-down menu.
    Please note, this would only be possible if you submitted the order using an actual account that you set up with us.

    If you called us to place your order, then there would be no way for you to view it online. However, we should've emailed you a booking summary for the order, in which case, you can refer to that.

    We are not able to assist with specific orders through this forum. If you would like to request this email be resent, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I made my order by talking to the agent yesterday however, I have not received my booking summary through email. Should I call again to resolve?

    • I have this same problem. I have a booking number and my ticket reference number, but this morning I was checking all my reservations. Even though I had already paid, I found my reservations had EXPIRED. Of course, I freaked out! So, I sent out the Contact Us messages, and it said you would get back with me shortly. That was 12 hours ago, and still not a word from you.

      For assistance with a specific order, you would wait for a reply to your email. Emails can take about 72 hours to receive a reply. We apologize for any inconvenience.
