    Hi,

Passholder reservations are only able to be issued electronically for trains in Italy and Germany, as well as the Eurostar (the train that connects London with either Paris or Brussels) and the Thalys (high-speed trains that run between Paris, certain hubs in the Benelux countries, and Cologne). Most passholder reservations have to be issued as paper documents that would need to be shipped to you.

For travel with a rail pass, you would purchase reservations by clicking the 'Seat Reservations' tab on our homepage (www.raileurope.com), entering a route, and indicating the type of rail pass with which you'll be traveling.

If reservations for a particular train are able to be issued as print-at-station or print-at-home, then the option would display for you at Step 1 of the checkout process, which is the 'Delivery' screen. Print-at-station reservations can only be printed from a kiosk in the station prior to departure, while print-at-home reservations would have to be printed elsewhere prior to going to the station.
