Can I upgrade a ticket at the station?

May want to upgrade from Standard to Comfort. Can I do that in Zurich before boarding?

    Hi Randi,

    It depends on the ticket. For many trains, the tickets would be non-exchangeable. If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to send an email with your booking number to customercare@raileurope.com. In the email, please be sure to mention the specific ticket or tickets you're inquiring about.

    Even if the ticket does end up being non-exchangeable, it still might not hurt to at least ask at the station before boarding. They may be able to do something for you.
