residents of Australia

Hi, I'm an Australian performer travelling throughout Europe this summer with my troupe. We are travelling from Barcelona to Bilbao, Bilbao to Holland (Purmerend), Holland to Belgium, Belgium to France (Cusset), France to Spain (Valencia), Spain to Germany (Cologne), Germany to Spain over a period of one month. Can you suggest any rail options for a trip such as this? Thankyou, David Joseph

    Hi David,

You have contacted the North American ticket supplier for the various national rail networks of Europe. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. If you are a resident of Australia, you would place your order with an affiliated agency there. Their website is http://www.raileurope.com.au/.

  • Hi,

I purchased a 'Eurail Global Pass 10 days within 2 Months' from the raileurope.com.au website around about 20 days ago. Since I have not received my paper tickets.

I have tried contacting rail Europe through the 'Contact Us' section of the website but have not had any luck. I have the confirmation emails and paypal receipt with me.

Is there any other way to receive my ticket (i.e. print it electronically) or how long does the ticket normally take to arrive to Australia? Any help is much appreciated. (my ref number is 20910926).

    Thanks
    Amit

  • I’m confused
I am from Australia and i have never bought Eurail tickets before and i am going to Italy for a holiday soon with some of my family, 4 people (that includes myself) and would like to travel around by train.

I went to purchase some Eurail passes http://www.eurail.com/eurail-passes/o... and when i went to order some i was wondering that if i buy 2 Eurail Italy 1st class saver passes for 7 days within 2 months, does that ensure that 4 adults can travel on this pass?

The Eurail site states that 2 to 5 people can travel on this pass but must travel together (which we will do as there is 4 of us in this group), and i can only buy a minimum of 2 passes on this deal. When i went to pay for them it said nothing about 2 passes covering 4 adult passes. Is buying 2 passes ensuring that all 4 of us will be allowed to travel with the passes?

I am afraid that when i arrive in Italy and try to use the passes (if i buy 2 1st class saver passes), to have then only work for 2 people and i do not wish to leave the other 2 people behind or have to purchase more passes when over there.

I would like to know very soon please, as i need to purchase the passes in a couple of days and i do not want to pay for 4 1st class saver tickets and waste money when the other option seems cheaper. Quick reply would be very helpful, thanks.

  • Hello,

My sister and I have purchased the 2 for 1 Swiss Pass and want to book a reservation on the Golden Pass route. On your website, it says that the Golden Pass route can go from Luzern to Geneva. That is what we would prefer to do, but are open to any other routes on the Golden Pass that leave Luzern on April 8 (a Sunday). I am having a hard time booking a reservation and/or finding a route from Luzern to Geneva.

Where can I make the reservation for the Golden Pass since I already have a Swiss Pass?

Also, is there anyway to avoid the shipping fee for a Golden Pass Reservation?

    Thank you so much!
