Cannot print tickets. Received the confirmation email with a link, but it doesn't work. Unable to resend the confirmation email.

The title says it all. I booked 3 tickets from Rome to Florence, received the confirmation email, but cannot print the tickets. The links in my account dashboard and the confirmation email do not work.

    Hi Matt,

    Please contact us about your order. It is likely that the tickets you purchased from Rome to Florence are for an Italo (NTV) train. Italo trains are actually "ticketless", meaning you would be able to board just by speaking your PNR code to the conductor. So we can look into it, please call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please be advised it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply by email. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.
