I’m frustrated

Can't access my account to print my itinerary. Is the website down?

For a couple of days now I have been attemting to print my RailEurope itinerary for later this month, but am unable to access the site. Is the RailEurope.ca site down? I have tried accessing through RailEurope.com, but am redirected to the .ca sute tgat will not open. The RailEurope-world site does not seem to link to your site so I am at a loss how to contine. I have all the confirmation emails, and my tickets but woukd really like to print the itinerary...
