Cant get my Global Pass

I have been charged twice on the website for my Eurail Global Pass and every time the website was saying that the payment didn't get through. I haven't received any confirmation emails. Online chat agent absolutely did not care about my problem, and said it will get resolute in 24 hours. For some reason, I can not access online chat anymore. I have sent RailEurope emails from their website and tried to contact Eurail but they couldn't help me ( at least they replied). I am leaving to Europe in 2 weeks, and I need to book my other tickets, which I can't, because I got charged additional $500 on my account. This is incredibly frustrating, especially RailEurope's inability to be reached by the phone number or email. I need an immediate assistance, otherwise my entire trip will get canceled.
