I’m confused.

Can't complete my booking- there's an error message that starts with "Whoops! Pardon Us"

I've tried to add a trip to my itinerary (so I could complete my reservations) using both Firefox and Safari. I also tried clearing my cookies and cache. Nothing seems to work- I keep getting the error page that reads:

Whoops! Pardon us.

It seems there's been an internal error on our website. Please try your request again and if you're still having issues, call our Contact Center for assistance.

Can you help? I'm currently in Europe and I can only call long distance if I pay for it using my Skype credits, so I was hoping this could be resolved online :)
