Confirmation Email

Hi there,

I just gave my card number to an associate over the phone since my passes were stuck in pending. when I log in, the booking does not show up under my listed bookings. How do I know if the order is confirmed, whats the tracking etc...can someone please email me or call me?

    I’m sorry, as we are not able to assist with specific orders through this forum. If you need to check on a specific order you placed or request a confirmation email, you would have to call or email us. We can be reached at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

    Otherwise, the email is If you send an email, be sure to include any booking number you might have received, as well as your full first and last name.
