    Hi Jawad,

To commute from the Montparnasse station to the Nord station, you would take M4 of the Paris Métro. The ride on the Métro from Montparnasse to Nord would only take about 17 minutes, but you would still should have at least 1 full hour between your arrival into Montparnasse and your departure out of Nord. You would pay to board the Métro locally at the turnstiles before boarding. At Montparnasse, you should also expect a bit of a walk to the area for the Métro from the platform where your train would arrive into.

      Hi Jawad,

We are not able to advise about specific bookings through this forum. However, I can tell you that it is not possible to do exchanges for different points of arrival or departure. Exchanges, when possible, can only be done for a different time of departure on the same route, between the same stations. If you have questions about your specific order, you would have to call us. We can be reached at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday.

A transfer time of 13 minutes is sufficient at the station in Rennes.

I'm sorry, we don't have information about the platform numbers trains arrive into or depart from, as this is something that's determined locally at the station. To find out the platform your train departs from, you would just check the schedule board when you get to the station.

  • Dear Jeff, I am sorry to bother you again, i have canceled one booking and now i have re-booked again online. I have few confusions i am sure you will help me out. Please find below mentioned routes and guide me as i am coming first time and no idea.

    1-Booking Reference RUCXGS

Paris To St Malo Via Rennes

1st Train 15 Nov Paris CDG - Rennes Arrival Time 1747

2nd Train From Rennes - St Malo Deparure Time 1800 only 13 minutes for change

Need to make sure if 13 minutes are enough at Rennes Station in case we need to change train. Or Train will be same?

    2-Booking Reference RUCUWH

    St Malo To Roubaix

1st Train 17 Nov St Malo - Paris Montparnasse Arrival Time 1500

2nd Train From Paris Nord - Lille Flanders Deparure Time 1616, 1 hour 16 minutes for changing station.

Need to make sure if time is enough to change stations from Mont to Nord

3rd Train From Lille-Roubaix Departure time 1728, only 10 minutes to change train.
Need to make sure if 10 minutes time is enough to change train at Lille station.

Hope you can understand my confusions.

I only wanna clear up about the times. Is that possible to know about Plat form numbers too? Or where the trains will Stand in Row or some information that we can save the time?
