When booking reservations for travel with my Eurail Global Pass, the system is asking for info I don't have. Is there a way around this?

Hello. I have purchased a Eurail Global Pass (Flexi) and have received my Control Voucher. I would like to reserve a couple of the train trips now, but the system wants info that I do not have until I go to a train station. The problem is I am in Canada and cannot get to a train station until we get to Paris.

Question: Is there a way around my conundrum

    Hi Steve,

    To purchase reservations on our site, you would just need to indicate the type of rail pass you'll be traveling with when prompted (i.e. a Eurail Global Pass). To purchase reservations, there would be no other information you'd need to provide other than your names, delivery information (if applicable), and payment information.

    You would purchase reservations by clicking on 'Book your Rail Pass Reservations' on the homepage of our Canadian website, www.raileurope.ca. It is recommended that any reservations be purchased in advance, prior to departing for Europe.
