Is country of residence asking my citizenship country or the country I'm living currently??

Hello!
I am a citizen of Germany but have been living in the US for over 10 years. I am a permanent resident of the US (green card holder). Am I eligible to travel with the Eurorail pass or do I need to purchase the European version Interail?

I am a residence of UAE and in my swiss pass has the wrong residence country mentioned. How can I solve this issue?
