Deduct amount without issuing the ticket

i donno how such big company doesn't support quickly their customer or reply their request especially when they deduct amount twice from credit card without issuing any ticket

  • I have the same problem, I'm from Brazil, travelling to Europe in less then 3 days, and I have an urgent need to make contact.
    Unfortunately, your telephone number either speaks Spanish, wich I dont speak, and in the 800-622-8600, the options are to press an option. WHen I press my option, nothing happens.

    There were 2 attempts of buying in the website, both came to ERROR MESSAGE.
    But I am being charged on my credit card. And DOUBLE CHARGED.
    I need to have a refund from one of the operations charged on my credit card.
    And from the other operation, I need to receive the tickets for the 6 passengers I'm being charged for.

      I'm sorry, however, this messageboard is that of the United States-based seller of tickets for North American countries. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would have to book through an affiliated agent in their own country or region. If you are from Brazil, you would've booked through a separate vendor there, and they are who you would need to contact. The website for the vendor you would likely need to contact with your inquiry is http://www.raileurope.com.br/

      You wouldn't call 1-800-622-8600 for assistance, because that is our number, and we would have no information about your order.

      For us to be able to answer questions regarding a specific order, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or 1-847-916-1028, or else by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

      If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 72 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.
