I’m frustrated

Here in Brazil & didn't receive email confirmation. What should I do?

Hello,

I've bought a ticket to London - Cardiff number of reservation 27393113.I didn't receive a confirmation by email. Maybe I wrote a wrong email ? I don't know anyway, I've be charged 92€ that you can also see enclosed the facture of my card.

What can I do to receive my confirmation mail as soon as possible ? Cause I'll be travelling to Europe soon and arriving there, it would be complicated to use internet and print the confirmation. I need to do that here in Brazil before travelling.

    Hi Roberta,

    I'm sorry; however, the website from the screenshot you posted isn't our website.

    That website looks like www.raileurope-world.com, which isn't ours. Otherwise, if you are from Brazil, it is likely that you might've placed your order on www.raileurope.com.br. For assistance using either of those websites, I would recommend looking for a 'Contact Us' link (or something similar) on their homepage.

    We are the United States-based seller of European train tickets and passes for the North American market. We are generally only able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would have to book through an affiliated agent in their own country or region. If you are from a country outside of North America, then you would have to place your order through a vendor that services your region, and they would be who you would have to contact with your inquiry.
