Direct Journey from Milan to luzren through Arth Goldau

Hi all,

4 adults Swiss saver pass ( 8 continuous days) + 2 kids free with Swiss family card but didn't get yet. I have been informed from GCC authorized agent to collect the family card at Swiss station.

we, 4 adults and 2 kids are travelling to Luzern form Milan through Arth Goldau on August 11, 2012 for which I booked my reservation by paying 149 euros through europerail-gcc website by entering my Swiss pass and all relevant details. I have two below questions:

1. How i should activate my swiss saver pass while travelling from Milan to Arth goldau as i start my journey from Italy and reach in swiss border after sometime?

2. I can only get swiss family card while reaching at first swiss station which will be Arth Goldau in this case; so how kids will be travelling free on the captioned journey. I also request the authorized agent in GCC to issue family card prior my travel but didn't get the positive response.

I have been contacting authorized agent in GCC but got very rude and disappointed answer at all time.

I really appreciate, if any of Rail Europe official will solve my query as it is our first trip to Europe and don’t want to go through any hiccups. I will make another reservation, If I did mistake in planning the journey.

Cheers,
Pardeep

    Hi Pradeep,

Please note, this page is for the United States-based ticket supplier for the various national rail networks of Europe, servicing the North American market. We are completely separate from the agent you booked through. As such, we would not be able to view any order you placed and would not be able to address your questions. For assistance, you would have to contact the agent through which you purchased your pass.

I can tell you that the free Swiss Family Cards are easily able to be picked up at the stations in Switzerland if need be. Also, a Swiss Pass would be validated on board a train that connects Italy and Switzerland.
