I’m sad, frustrated

don't wanna miss the train tomorrow, I would like to enjoy Rome!!!

I'm uin París Rigth now and I travel tomorrow to Rome using Raileurope. The thing is that I traveled from Colombia last saturday and the ticket had not arrived yet so I'm without the ticket for tomorrow: What I should do?, the person I've been talking to was not helpful at all and I feel I didn't receive a good service. Hell please.

    We're sorry if you did not receive tickets you purchased. Please note, we are the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for the North American market. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to local restrictions. Residents of countries outside of North America would book through an affiliated agency in their own country or region. With that being the case, you would have to contact the actual vendor you placed your order through for assistance. If you are from Colombia, you would have likely booked through a separate vendor there, and they are who I would recommend that you contact. The website for the vendor in Colombia is www.raileurope.com.co.

    In any case, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this medium. If it happens that you did attempt your order through us, then you would have to call us with any questions.
