Double Charged and No Confirmation Email

I have had nothing but trouble booking tickets for 9 people in Italy. When I clicked "pay now" I received a message saying my bank charge was declined. I thought maybe it was because I used a debit card so I tried a different card and received the same message. I checked my bank and AMEX and both accounts were charged over $1100 for the same tickets. To add insult to injury I never received a confirmation email. Please help be resolve this issue.
