Double charge for the same booking


I see that the charged me twice for the same itinerary from Amsterdam to Paris.

My raileurope account just shows one booking but my credt card is charged twice for the same amount.

After following customer service for three weeks they told me that I have two booking and they will cancel one. I never finalized two booking and not showing in my raileurope account ; still my credit card charged twice for the same amount for same travel dates for the same train at the same time for the same passengers :(

After contacting customer service via email since last 3 weeks they cancelled one booking but just returned half the amount.

Still sending emails to get my full refund :(
