Duplicate booking online

I booked a journey online but was charged twice.

I immediately went to the online chat, which then directed me to the US service office. I called and was on hold for 2+ hrs for 3 days in a row, so I resorted to email, to which I got a form reply.

I still haven't received a resolution or refund.

It's very frustrating as it seems like nobody wants to address the situation and the issue with the website, which looks to have happened previously.

I want to keep the original journey, but obviously don't need the duplicate booking/charge.
