European East Pass + Eurail Select Pass to cover Berlin to Warsaw train....Will it work for me?

I am thinking about buying the Eastern Europe Pass as well and a Select 3 country pass. During my travels I would need to get from Berlin to Warsaw. My select country pass will include Germany, would this work to get me to Warsaw? As in would my select country pass allow me to reserve a ticket from Germany to Poland even though they are on different passes? This kind of situation my occur a few time in my travels and was wondering if its worth buying my passes like this.

    Hi Renee,

Yes, you can use multiple passes to cover the ticket costs for one train. Just in mind that a day of rail travel would be used up on each pass that you use for that trip.

However, for the appropriate reservation costs to be quoted to you on our site, you would just have to indicate that you'll be traveling with a Eurail Germany-Poland Pass when prompted during the booking process for this train under 'Book a Reservation for Your Pass' . The Eurail Germany-Poland Pass the only single rail pass that would include both Germany and Poland. Therefore, this pass is just what you would have to indicate that you'll be using to cover the trip, even though you would actually be traveling with a combination of passes.

To ensure you are purchasing the reservations at appropriate reservation cost (the Passholder 1 rate) for the Berlin-Warsaw Express, you would click on 'Select' where the reservation costs are displayed for your preferred train. After you've clicked on 'Select', you would then refer to where it says 'Ticket Flexibility'. Underneath 'Ticket Flexibility', you may see 3 options: 'Non Flexible', 'Semi Flexible' and 'Fully Flexible. You would click 'Read More' next to each of these options until you see the fare titled 'Berlin-Warsaw Express Passholder 1'. Generally, the Passholder 1 rate for this train would be found under the 'Non Flexible' option.

If the Passholder 1 rates do not display for a particular train, you might want to call us at 1-800-622-8600 to verify the availability, as there may just be an error on our website displaying these rates for certain dates.

The Berlin-Warsaw Express trains can be booked within 60 days of an intended date of departure.
