Eurail Global Pass order not showing in customer section

I ordered a Eurail Global pass, I got a booking confirmation which says my booking is confirmed. It said all of my booking information can also be viewed with my mobile app or by logging in to my customer account.I didn't have an account so I created a new one with the same email I registered. But I can't see my booking information or purchased being listed over there. How to get it sorted?
