Good day, I have tried to make a booking earlier today for the travel from Madrid to Barcelona on 27th of June. It was made on raileurope-world website. I know that you are different divisions of the related companies, but the situation is urgent as I can not get any infomration regarding my booking and I am going to loose 270 euros without having ANY TICKET. I have tried making a booking for the train on 8:20, 8:30 and 7:30 in the morning on 27th of June. The booking was made on the name Arsenii Ivanov and paid by Aleksey Ivanov. During the booking procedure I have received few errors. First of all it was price change. Then after another try I entered security password required by bank but was taken back again with the message that the details provided are wrong and the card cannot be processed and booking shall be start over again.
I checked my bank account and see that 3 payments has been taken from the card, all today with the amoun of 89.36, which was the amount I was asked to pay during the booking. I am now wondering if you are planning to refund this money? And will I be provided with the tickets or any information??!!
Please let me know as soon as possible about the payment as I am leaving for a trip soon and will require this ticket!
