I’m wondering

Does Eurostar offer luggage service from Paris to the London Heathrow Airport?

Can I have my luggage go direct from Gar'e du Nord's Eurostar terminal to Heathrow airport (LHR)? Does Eurostar offer an extension to LHR, probably via the Piccadilly tube @ St Pancras station? I've read, "add a section for Paris-LHR to your existing booking which will allow you to check your luggage all the way through and avoid UK immigration" in Trip Advisor Forum, "Eurostar at St Pancras to Heathrow-how long to(sic) I need?" From the context, the writer apparently meant booking with Eurostar.
Merci beaucoup.

    Thank you for your question.

I'm sorry, however, there is no service that would transport your luggage all the way from Paris to the Heathrow Airport. Additionally, Eurostar does not provide transportation from the St. Pancras station to the airport. The Eurostar itself, however, is distinct from other trains in that it does offer the option to check luggage. Therefore, you would be able to check any luggage for your trip on the Eurostar from Paris to the city of London, just not to the airport. You would then have your luggage with you the rest of the way to the airport.

To get to the airport, you would take the 'Heathrow Express', which departs from the Paddington station in the city. Since the Eurostar trains from Paris only arrive into the St. Pancras station in London, you would commute to Paddington by taking the Circle Line of the Tube. The ride on the Circle Line from St. Pancras to Paddington would take about 15 minutes.

The Heathrow Express trains to the airport then depart from Paddington once every 15 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes from there to terminals 1, 2, and 3, and it takes about 23 minutes to terminal 5. There is an airport shuttle/tram that connects terminals 1 and 3 with terminal 4.

TIckets for the Eurostar from Paris to London can be purchased by clicking on 'Find Fares & Schedules' on our homepage.

Special tickets are issued for the Heathrow Express, which can be purchased by clicking here: http://www.raileurope.com/activities/heathrow-express/index.html.
