    Hi Dave,

First, you would take the Heathrow Express to get you into the city. Special tickets are issued for the Heathrow Express. These tickets would be purchased by clicking on the following link: http://www.raileurope.com/pass/heathrow-express-8031

Heathrow Express trains take passengers to the Paddington station in London. The Heathrow Express departs once every 15 minutes (taking about 15 minutes from terminals 1, 2 and 3 to Paddington and 23 minutes from terminal 5 to Paddington).

To commute from Paddington to the Kings Cross station, you would take the Circle Line of the Tube. The ride on the Tube from Paddington to Kings Cross takes about 15 minutes. You would pay to take the Tube right there at the station.

You would purchase tickets from London to Ely by searching the route under 'BOOK TRAIN TICKETS' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com. Generally, trains in the UK can be booked once within 90 days of an intended departure date.
