Getting "unable to complete the booking process" message

Hi RE team. I'm in Italy now and am trying to book for Friday morning, about 14 hours from now. I booked online but the message I get says

We are currently unable to complete the booking for one or more products in this itinerary. We are attempting to issue the tickets as requested. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to propose alternate options.

I need to know ASAP if I will get my tickets shortly (next hour or so) or I'll have to make other reservations. Thanks in advance for the help.
