    Hi Cindy,

There has been ongoing construction on the rail line just outside of Granada, making it so that travelers have to take a bus for the segment between Antequera and Granada.

You would purchase tickets by doing a search under 'Find Train Tickets' on our homepage, www.raileurope.com. Since the buses from Granada to Antequera are replacements for the trains that previously operated along this stretch, the tickets we issue will be valid. When doing your search, it is important to note that you would have to type Antequera as 'Antequera Sta.Ana' for these segments display.

For a trip from Granada to Barcelona, you would also have to piece together the connection by doing a separate search for each segment. Therefore, you would do one search for the segment from Granada to 'Antequera Sta.Ana' and another search for the segment from 'Antequera Sta.Ana' to Barcelona.

A connection from Granada to Valencia would involve going through Madrid and changing trains there en route. Therefore, you would do one search for the segment from Granada to 'Antequera Sta.Ana', another search for connecting trains from 'Antequera Sta.Ana' to Madrid, and then another search for connecting trains from Madrid to Valencia.

Trains from Antequera (Antequera Sta.Ana) to Madrid, Antequera (Antequera Sta.Ana) to Barcelona, and trains from Madrid to Valencia are all high-speed AVE trains.

Generally, trains in Spain can be booked once within 90 days of an intended date of departure.
