I’m irate

Have not received tickets!!

I booked my travel in March with options for print at home tickets. In the email it is instructed that I will receive a follow up email with a linked PDF file for my tickets (and an e-ticket number for the print at station tickets). My travel is coming up next week and I still have not received these tickets. I have tried calling several times. I am told I will be called back and when someone calls me back I am again put on hold. I have sent several emails and have received no response.

    I'm sorry, however, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this medium.

    For us to be able to answer questions regarding a specific order, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.

    If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply with regard to email correspondence. Therefore, you might want to call us, especially if your departure is soon from now.

    In the meantime, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. To ensure you are receiving our emails, please make sure your spam filters are not set to block emails from "@raileurope.com".
