Website gave me an error but my card was still charged. Never received a confirmation.

I have a problem with te tickets, yesterday I ordered one ticket from Paris to Frankfurt ( 27085682 order), with my Visa , y pay with Paypal( Transaction ID: 0YS693660K3938031) .
When I pressed the confirm button, the screen told me there was an error. However, my card was charged $98.
I have not gotten any confirmation emails about my trip and I am getting nervous

    Hi Francisco,

    The reference number you provided is not a Rail Europe reference number, and we do not have a record of your name in our system. We are the United States-based seller of European tickets and passes for the North American market. We are generally not able to sell to residents of countries outside of North America, due to restrictions.

    If you happen to be from a country outside of North America, you would've booked through a separate agency that services your country or region. You can refer to www.raileurope-world.com for a list of agencies that service other parts of the world. Once you're on www.raileurope-world.com, you would just scroll down to the bottom to view the list of agencies and links to their specific websites.

  • Dear Rail Europe,
    It would appear that this Single booking for 2 adults has been charged TWICE to my paypal account & debited from it.
    Logging in to my account in fact only one booking is recorded, so this double charging is a technical error.
    I would therefore request that a refund of €177 to my Paypal account.
