London Heathrow Airport to Walsall? Does the train to Walsall depart from the London Euston station?

We are flying into Heathrow and we are going to Walsall first. We are planning on taking the train. From what I see we take the train from Euston station. Is that right? What is the EASIEST way to get there from Heathrow?

thanks,
Lou

    Hi Lou,

Connections from London to Walsall do depart out of the Euston station in London. To get from Heathrow to the Euston station, you would first take the Heathrow Express train to the Paddington station. The Heathrow Express departs once every 15 minutes and takes about 15 minutes from terminals 1, 2, and 3 to Paddington; and 23 minutes from terminal 5 to Paddington.

To get from the Paddington station to the Euston station, you would take the Circle line of the Tube to the Euston Square stop. The ride from Paddington to Euston Square would take about 13 minutes. You would then walk from Euston Square to the Euston station, which might take 5 to 10 minutes.

You can purchase tickets for the Heathrow Express here: http://www.raileurope.com/activities/heathrow-express/index.html .

You would pay to board the Tube locally upon arrival.

You would purchase tickets for your connection from London to Walsall by clicking 'Find Fares & Schedules' on the homepage of our website, www.raileurope.com.

Generally, trains in the United Kingdom can only be booked within 75 to 90 days of an intended date of departure. If your intended travel falls outside of this time frame, you would just enter a date within the next 75 or 90 days to get an idea of cost and view schedules when searching the route on our website.
