Hello,I need to cancel a ticket. Can someone assist me?

I need to cancel a ticket for our Marketing Manager but I do not see an option or link to do so via your website. Can someone assist me please?

    I'm sorry; however, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this medium. For us to be able to answer questions regarding a specific order, you would have to contact us either by calling us at 1-800-622-8600 or by sending an email to customercare@raileurope.com.
