I’m frustrated

HELP!

HELP!
This is my third request for help! Have received no reply!
Made a booking thru Rail Europe web site. Credit card has been charged. Have copy of itinerary with seat assignments But have received NO confirmation of reservation. Cannot find place on website which allows me to find reservation.
Last name is ACERS. Train Valence TGV 9826, May 12, 2014 from CDG to Avignon, seat assignment car 017, seat 047 at 11:58 a.m.
Please help me find this reservation.

    Thanks for reply.
    Was not aware of the fact that an e-mail response to question on web site would take 24 to 48 hours to respond. Even a confirmation that my question had been received would have been nice or an immediate confirmation of my booking with an order or confirmation number.
    But...now I know.

    Automatic emails are sent when an order is submitted. Did you check your junk folder? You should receive a reply at some point today.
