Horrible Customer Service

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS. I was a studying abroad student who was effected by a glitch of the Rail Europe website. Because of Rail Europe I have yet to receive a refund that I am entitled to because my train on 5/12 lost power for 3 hours! I have been trying to contact via email as I do not have access to an international phone number. They have either redirected me numerous times or led me to dead ends and told me they could not help me anymore. I have lost all hope in this organization and would never recommend it to anyone traveling by train. Do not buy through Rail Europe!
