How can I check my e-ticket confirmation?

I want to check what's the status of my e-ticket using my BOOKING FILE REFERENCE, Customer reference number or my e-ticket number.

    I'm sorry, however, we are not able to assist with specific orders through this forum. If you have questions about a specific order you placed, you would have to call us at 1-800-622-8600 or send an email to customercare@raileurope.com. If you send an email, please be sure to include the booking number for your order, as well as your full first and last name. However, please note it can take up to 48 business hours to receive a reply to email correspondence. Therefore, if you need more immediate assistance, you would have to call us. Our current hours are 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CT Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT on Saturdays.

    Hi just b=ought a ticket for tomorrow morning, and fort some reason I have a confirmation pending and no ticket in hand, while my pauyment. has been emitted?
    I now have no ticket, a payment on my card, and no confirmation for my travels tomorrow.
    Booked before hand slo as to travel with no stress, and now I am even more stresses waisting my time in finding out weather I have aa ticket and cant fucking book my ticket for tomorrow.
    now one will answer. how do you sell; a ticket for tomorrow with this conditions?!!!

      Hi Melina,

      If your request is for travel as soon as tomorrow, it may have been too late for us to process it. If your order was not able to be processed, we would've notified you immediately and nothing would have been charged to your card.

      If you submitted an order that was never finalized, nothing would have actually been charged to your card. Your card would not have been charged unless there was a completed booking. What you see on your card is likely just a 'pre-authorization'. Any time billing information is entered for an online transaction, a 'pre-authorization hold' is put on the credit card just to verify the funds.

      Since your travel is as soon as tomorrow, you would just purchase your tickets locally at the station upon arrival.
