How to exchange from a kid to an adult ticket?

I bought a ticket and received the following email. I'm calling from Brazil, which number should I call to? Is it possible to exchange through the web account instead on the phone? How should I do it?

Email received:
You have booked the Kid and Co fare which is valid if traveling with a child. Since there are no children traveling, this ticket will not be valid for travel. The ticket must be exchanged for a regular adult ticket. We would like to resolve this issue before you depart. Please call us at 800-438-7245 for US orders or 800-361-7245 for Canada.
