How to get purchased tickets to show in Online My Account

I purchased the six online tickets via Rail Europe/ Rick Steves and they are not showing on my account and I cannot find any advice on how to add them.

    Hi Steve,

    Unfortunately at this time, unless you were signed in to your account at raileurope.com at the time you placed your booking, the order will not display in your online account. We've released a new version of our website this year and the developers are still working on this function. Please refer to your email confirmation as your reference, and if you have any further questions you can send them to customercare@raileurope.com. Thanks again for booking with us!
