How do I change a passenger to a Senior?

I mistakenly made a booking for my dad as an adult but it should be a senior. How do I make the change to get the discount?

    Hi,

    Please note, most trains in Europe do not even offer senior rates for their tickets. Only some high-speed 'premier' trains will offer senior rates. Even with regard to trains that do offer senior rates, there are often other discounted rates offered that are generally equal to or lower than the senior rates.

    In many instances, it would be too late to make any changes to an order that has already been processed. If you'd like to inquire about a specific order you placed, then you would have to send an email to customercare@raileurope.com or call us at 1-800-622-8600. If you send an email, please include the booking number for your order and the full names of all passengers traveling.
