How Do we Get Our Tickets When We Have a Reservation ?

we brought our reservation to the central train station in milan in order to exchange it for the tickets we already paid for. The representative at the counter told us we would have to go to the Rail Europe office. Is this true? If so, we are in Como now. Is there an office here?

    To inquire about an exchange or a refund, you would have to contact the vendor you purchased the tickets through. If you purchased your tickets through Rail Europe, then please send an email to customercare@raileurope.com, and we will advise you how to proceed. In the email, please include the booking number for your order and the full names of all passengers traveling.

    Rail Europe is the United States-based seller of European train tickets and passes for North American countries, so there are no offices located in Europe.
